Lane County home sales stay brisk in August
Home sales are continuing briskly, prices are continuing to rise, and inventory of homes is continuing to fall. The Register Guard has more.
“Meanwhile, average sale prices for the first eight months of the year increased by 11 percent, to $354,400, in east Eugene; 8.7 percent, to $334,100, in southwest; 7.9 percent, to $217,600, in the River Road area; and 5.5 percent, to $315,200, in the Ferry Street Bridge area. ”
