Owner of burned-out south Eugene bowling alley seeks to redevelop site as commercial building
The Register Guard reports on initial designs for the redevelopment of the former bowling alley site on Willamette Street, which includes a proposal to possibly purchase and demolish the Down to Earth store in order to put in more parking. What do you think of the plan?
“The project would convert the 15,000-square-foot bowling alley, which was almost completely destroyed by fire in August, into a one-story, 10,500-square-foot commercial building.”
